To cancel your Ultimate Subscription please follow the steps below:
- Go to your profile by clicking on your username and then My Profile
- Click on the question mark "?" next to the Ultimate
- Click on Read More
- For the last step click at the bottom of the Ultimate column where it says Cancel Membership
